One of the most passionate and highly motivated educational solution providers to hail from the continent of Africa, he has identified many problems in the African education space and has proffered practical solutions to many of them:
When he realized the huge gap which exists between the African educational system and other developed continents of the world, he launched a comparative education initiative which was aimed at understudying the educational systems of other advanced countries of the world with the view of adopting and adapting relevant and workable practices in African schools.
Every year, he takes African school owners and administrators to Dubai, UAE with the aim of understudying American, British, Australian, Arab and Indian systems of Education. Over 100 school administrators have been taken for this laudable comparative education campaign within the last couple of years.
Having discovered that Finland has the best educational system in the world, he has taken over 100 school administrators from Africa in three consecutive trips to understudy the Finnish educational system with the view of benchmarking global best practices in school administration and management in African schools. This he does on yearly basis.
Through this initiative, many school owners and administrators have had the opportunities of benchmarking the global best practices acquired from different countries of the world in their respective schools.
Having discovered the lacuna which exists in the training regime of school administrators in many African countries, Dr Adebare Egunjobi founded
International College of School Administration (ICSA) to bridge that unwholesome gap. ICSA is today, the largest on-the-job professional training institution for practising school administrators in Africa. The school offers varying levels of certificates in School Business and Administration. The vision behind RAFEC Africa is geared towards educating, exposing, enlightening and equipping African students and graduates with requisite skills, certifications and competencies that are necessary to survive the 21st Century labour market demands. The campaign has been launched in many states in Nigeria and beyond.
